Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said on Sunday that negotiations with the United States are impossible unless Washington changes its policy of pressure.
Iran is preparing to respond to President Donald Trump’s letter offering to negotiate a new nuclear deal.
Iran’s foreign minister said nuclear talks with the United States are only possible if Trump changes his policy.
“Negotiations with the United States are impossible unless Washington changes its pressure policy. Iran opposes negotiations not out of stubbornness but because of history and experience,” he said, adding that Washington should review its policy before Tehran participates in the talks.
