Turkish police dispersed a demonstration in support of the Istanbul mayor at night.
It is noted that in some areas of Istanbul, the police used special measures, water cannons, and tear gas, against demonstrators who tried to break through police barriers. Clashes occurred between demonstrators and police, and some were detained.
