France and Italy block Ukraine aid package. Bloomberg

Bloomberg, citing European diplomats, reports that Italian diplomats have asked for more technical and financial details and insist that the initiative is still developing.

At the same time, although the French side supported the initiative's goals, it prioritized implementing the EU's share of 18 billion euros from the G7 loan package for Ukraine. In return, Finnish Prime Minister Petteri Orpo supported the initiative, noting that many countries are "not acting properly" regarding weapons for Ukrainians.
