Bayramov again spoke about constitutional amendments in a phone conversation with Lamy

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov spoke with British Foreign Secretary David Lamy on the telephone.
According to Azerbaijani media, the parties discussed the peace process between Armenia and Azerbaijan and the regional situation.
According to the Azerbaijani side, Bayramov once again emphasized that amendments to the Armenian constitution are necessary to sign a peace agreement. He also attached importance to the process of dissolving the OSCE Minsk Group.
