“This week in Azerbaijan, I spoke with President Aliyev’s National Security Advisor, Hikmet Hajiyev. We are pleased that Armenia and Azerbaijan have taken a major step forward in agreeing on a peace treaty. I told Hajiyev that it is time to finalize the treaty, release those detained, and make the region safer and more prosperous,” he wrote.
