It is still too early to talk about the place where the agreement should be signed. Mammadov

The Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan, Elnur Mammadov, stated that it is still too early to discuss the place of signing the peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan. He said that the Azerbaijani side currently expects the relevant amendments to be made to the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia and that the Minsk Group will be dissolved.

“Both states can apply to the OSCE on this issue. The Azerbaijani side has been putting forward this proposal for some time now, taking into account that the conflict is settled. Unfortunately, the Armenian side has not responded to the joint application. We hope that Armenia will inform us about its real intentions. Considering the activities of revanchist forces in Armenia, we consider this a serious risk,” he said.
