US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said in a statement that the United States appreciates Armenia and Azerbaijan's efforts to conclude negotiations on a historic peace treaty.
"This is an opportunity for both countries to turn the page on decades of conflict, consistent with President Trump's vision for a more peaceful world. Now is the time to commit to peace, sign, and ratify the treaty," the US Secretary of State said in a statement.
