Kazakhstan's Foreign Ministry reports that negotiations on the draft text of the peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan have concluded.
"We are confident that the signing of this historic document will be an essential step towards normalizing relations between the two countries and ensuring stability, security, and prosperity in the region.
The statement says Kazakhstan "reaffirms its support for efforts to continue the constructive dialogue between the two countries to establish lasting peace. "
