Iran highly appreciates the peace treaty agreement reached between Azerbaijan and Armenia, as stated by the official representative of the Iranian Foreign Ministry, Ismail Baghay.
The Ministry's representative described this step as necessary for establishing long-term stability and peace in the South Caucasus.
"We hope that the parties will resolve their differences through dialogue and diplomacy and will soon sign a peace treaty, which will lead to peace and stability in the region," Baghay stressed.
