There are no obstacles to signing a peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan

I welcome the announcement that negotiations on an agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan have concluded. French President Emmanuel Macron wrote about this on the X page.

“There are now no obstacles to the signing of a peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan, which should pave the way for sustainable peace in the South Caucasus,” he wrote.
