“The negotiation process on the text of the peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia has already been completed,” Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said.
Speaking to reporters, he noted that Armenia has already notified the adoption of the last two remaining points. "Armenia has accepted the proposals of the Azerbaijani side on the previous two unagreed points of the agreement,” he said.
“The work on the text has been completed,” Bayramov said, adding, “Next, Baku expects Armenia to make changes to its Constitution.”
Bayramov also said: “Now Armenia must abandon territorial claims, and the remnants of the Minsk Group must be dissolved.”
