The Director of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service, Sergey Naryshkin, telephoned the Director of the US Central Intelligence Agency, John Ratcliffe. During the conversation, issues of cooperation between the two special services in areas of common interest and the resolution of crisis situations were discussed.
"On March 11, 2025, a telephone conversation occurred between the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service Director, Sergey Naryshkin, and the Director of the US Central Intelligence Agency, John Ratcliffe. An agreement was reached on regular contacts between the Directors of the Foreign Intelligence Service and the CIA to support international stability and security, as well as to reduce confrontation between Moscow and Washington," the statement said.
