Mykhailo Podolyak, an adviser to the head of the Ukrainian presidential administration, told RBC-Ukraine that the United States wants to dominate specific processes that they consider a priority for themselves.
“They consider the end of the Ukrainian war a priority for their foreign policy; they want to achieve quick results there. Is it possible to achieve quick results? Most likely not. But can we say today that cooperation with the United States has been fully restored? In practice, yes,” he said.
