According to the State Department's public schedule, State Department spokesperson Tammy Bruce will hold her first press briefing today.
Bruce, a former Fox News correspondent, was confirmed by President Donald Trump as the State Department's press secretary.
The State Department held nearly daily press briefings under the Biden administration, but briefings were rare and irregular during Trump's first presidency.
