Politico-n writes that the MEPs of the pan-European Volt party will send a nine-point action plan to EU leaders today ahead of the summit. The plan will include a proposal to deprive Hungary of its voting rights.
It is noted that Budapest often sabotages EU countries' common decisions due to its friendship with the Kremlin and its desire to bargain for preferences for itself.
Among other points of the plan, the MEPs demand the creation of a single European army and appoint Kaja Kallas as the EU's full-fledged foreign minister.
