Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev will leave for Ankara tomorrow at the invitation of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. Fahrettin Altun, Head of the Communications Department of the Turkish Presidential Administration, announced this.
“During the talks, which will take place at the presidential palace, regional and agenda issues will be discussed. An exchange of views will take place on the steps that need to be taken further to strengthen the brotherly relations between Turkey and Azerbaijan,” he said.
In addition, the opening ceremony of the Igdir-Nakhichevan gas pipeline, the foundation of which was laid by the presidents of Azerbaijan and Turkey on September 2, 2020, will take place within the framework of the visit.
