Before the government session, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced that the United States had suspended all military assistance to Ukraine.
“The messages coming from the border, from the Jasienka checkpoint, confirm the statements of the American side. The United States has suspended all military assistance to Ukraine, including weapons supplies already on their way to Ukraine. The situation is serious,” Tusk said.
The Prime Minister recalled that the United States had announced its decision to suspend American assistance to Ukraine, and “the American side may begin to remove Russia from sanctions.”
“We have no reason to believe these are just words,” Tusk stressed.
“The messages coming from the border, from the Jasienka checkpoint, confirm the statements of the American side. This puts Ukraine, Poland, and Europe in an even more difficult situation, but we must confront this situation,” the Polish Prime Minister added.
