Ayhan Hajizadeh, head of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry's press service, said Baku is calling on Armenia to take practical steps to open regional communications.
"By proposing complex routes that are difficult to implement, Armenia is trying to divert attention from the process and its obligations. If Yerevan is truly interested in opening communications, it should not evade its obligations but take practical steps that correspond to the new realities of the region," Hajizadeh said.
