US Vice President J.D. Vance said in an interview with Fox News that the door to resuming talks between Donald Trump and Volodymyr Zelensky remains open if the Ukrainian president is ready to talk seriously about peace.
"President Trump has made that clear and consistent. Of course, the door is open as long as Zelensky is ready to talk seriously about peace. You can't come to the Oval Office or anywhere else and refuse even to discuss the details of a peace deal," he said.
"When they want to talk about peace, President Trump will be the first to pick up the phone," Vance added.
