Before leaving London, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky interviewed a BBC correspondent, who stated that he was ready to sign the agreement on mineral resources.
According to Zelensky, the Ukrainian side is still ready to sign it.
“We are constructive; if we have agreed to sign the agreement on mineral resources, then we are ready to sign it. The document will be signed when the parties are ready,” the Ukrainian President said.
