UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said the United Nations has suspended financial assistance programs in key regions of Ukraine due to a reduction in US funding.
According to him, the consequences of the reduction in US aid will be devastating, especially for vulnerable groups worldwide.
"In Ukraine, financial assistance programs, which are a key element of the humanitarian response, have been suspended in key regions," Guterres said.
