"The European security bloc will not be strong without Turkey." Fidan

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan has said that if Europe wants to reform its “security architecture,” it should not do so without Turkey.

“There are discussions about how a European security architecture would be formed without NATO. A European security architecture that excludes Turkey would not be realistic,” he stressed.

He noted that the European security bloc would not be strong without “a country as strong as Turkey.”
