Ukrainian media reported that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine voted for the second time in favor of a resolution on democracy.
The resolution states that elections cannot be held under martial law and should be held only after peace is established.
It should be recalled that yesterday, the exact resolution in parliament failed to receive the required votes.
