Baku expects Yerevan to overcome the main obstacle to the settlement process

Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Elnur Mammadov said in Geneva that Baku expects Yerevan to overcome the main obstacle to the settlement process.
“We expect Armenia to overcome the main obstacle to the settlement process by legally renouncing its territorial claims to Azerbaijan through constitutional amendments,” he said.
