Foreign leaders are arriving in Kyiv to mark the third anniversary of Russia's war with Ukraine. European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and European Council President Antonio Costa arrived early in the morning.
It is reported that leaders of 13 countries will arrive in Kyiv.
Leaders of Finland, Denmark, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Lithuania, and Latvia have already arrived in the Ukrainian capital, as have the prime ministers of Canada, Spain, and Estonia.
