Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov reported to Izvestia that the second round of Russian-American talks will be held at the level of heads of departments.
"The first meeting will not be at the level of deputy ministers but at the level of heads of departments," he said.
It should be noted that US President Donald Trump announced that the talks between Moscow and Washington will take place on Tuesday, February 25. The venue is expected to be Riyadh again.
