The U.S. State Department reported that U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio spoke by phone with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiga to reaffirm President Trump’s commitment to ending the conflict in Ukraine, including through effective action in the United Nations Security Council.
