Reuters reports that EU ambassadors have agreed on a new package of sanctions against Russia, which will be the 16th.
The sanctions include a ban on the import of primary aluminum and separate sanctions on 73 "shadow" tanker fleet ships.
It was earlier reported that the import of PlayStation and Xbox gaming devices to Russia may also be banned as part of the 16th package.
