The Palestinian group has issued a statement outlining its vision for the second phase of the Gaza ceasefire agreement.
"We are ready for the second phase, which will include a full prisoner exchange that will lead to a permanent ceasefire and a full withdrawal of troops from the Gaza Strip," spokesman Hazem Qassem said.
The proposal came after US President Donald Trump opposed the weekly phased release of prisoners taken from Israel.
