The agency reports that Norway, Canada, the Baltic states, the Czech Republic, Greece, Finland, Romania, Sweden, and Belgium are among the invitees. Some countries may join the summit via videoconference.
Recall that the extraordinary summit on February 17 was attended by the leaders of the largest EU states and Great Britain - a total of eight countries, as well as the NATO Secretary General and the leadership of the European Union.
