Olaf Scholz's last political post will be as Chancellor of Germany. He announced this in the podcast “Yung & Naiv.” The snap elections of the Bundestag will be held on February 23.
Scholz expressed the hope that he will continue as Federal Chancellor after the upcoming elections, but, in any case, this position will be the last in his political career. He stated that he wanted to become “a completely ordinary citizen.”
