"Putin is a liar." Zelensky

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in his speech at the conference that the peace treaty cannot be signed in Munich.

"We remember what was signed here. There are no two countries that are fighting each other; Russia brought war to our country, so we do not need a mediator; we need the United States to be on our side," he said.

According to Zelensky, he is ready to discuss an agreement on minerals.

"When we talk about our resources, it is essential that they do not fall into the hands of the occupiers. However, there will be no talk about Ukraine without Ukraine. This is a principled position. I do not want to go down in history as the person who helped Putin occupy my country.

The Ukrainian president added that he had a conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin about a complete ceasefire and an exchange of prisoners.

"But he did not exchange prisoners. "He is a liar," Zelensky said, adding that he would meet with Putin only if they had a standard plan to end the war with Trump.
