US President Donald Trump told reporters that the country will continue to help Ukraine.
"We will send aid to Ukraine; we just want our money to be safe. If we don't do it, Putin will say he won. We will do it as long as it takes because we don't want anything else to happen, but President Putin wants peace right now. I think that's right," Trump said.
Asked whether Zelensky should cede territory or make a trade deal to end the war, Trump said, "He has to do what he has to do."
