The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry has banned State Duma deputy Nikolai Valuev from entering the country.
In response to the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry's note on suspending the Russian House in Baku, the media reported that Valuev proposed closing Azerbaijani diaspora organizations in Russia, restricting Azerbaijani businesses, and taking other measures.
