Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz has instructed the IDF to prepare a plan that would allow Palestinians to leave the Gaza Strip voluntarily.
“The plan will include options for exit via land crossings, as well as special conditions for sea and air exit,” the minister said.
He welcomed US President Donald Trump’s plan to resettle Gazans.
“I welcome US President Trump’s bold plan, which could allow many Gazans to travel to different countries worldwide. Hamas has used Gazans as human shields and created a terrorist infrastructure in the heart of the population and is now holding them hostage, extorting money from them under the guise of humanitarian aid and preventing them from leaving Gaza,” Katz said.
