Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghaei, in response to US President Donald Trump’s recent statements on Iran, stated that Iran has repeatedly proven its readiness for political and diplomatic cooperation to ensure national interests.
At the same time, he stressed that Iran will resolutely defend its interests by responding to any threat.
Baghaei denied allegations that Iran is trying to create nuclear weapons. He called it a “big lie” that has been repeatedly refuted.
