"The security of Azerbaijan and Armenia is critical to us." Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson

“The security of the Caucasus region and the security of all neighbors, including Azerbaijan and Armenia, is critical to us,” Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghaei said during a press conference today.
“We have good relations with Azerbaijan and Armenia, and diplomatic contacts have recently increased.
We have stated and reaffirmed our readiness to provide any assistance to strengthen security and stability in the South Caucasus, including by supporting the advancement of dialogue between these two countries,” Baghaei said.
