The Turkish presidential administration said that Ahmed al-Shara, the head of the Syrian transitional government, will arrive in Ankara on February 4 at the invitation of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
The talks, which will take place at the presidential complex, will cover all aspects of the current situation in Syria. The main emphasis will be on the country's reconstruction, stability, and security issues.
