We constantly emphasize one issue at the international level and in bilateral contacts with Armenia: unhindered passage from Azerbaijan to Azerbaijan must be ensured. There must be a comfortable and free passage from Azerbaijan to Azerbaijan without any checks and obstacles.
Ilham Aliyev stated this by referring to Azerbaijan’s connection with Nakhichevan.
“We have not forgotten and will not forget Zangezur. I repeat, we have no territorial claims to Armenia, but Armenia must fulfill its obligations by ensuring unhindered passage from Azerbaijan to Azerbaijan,” he added.
