Charge d'Affaires of the Iranian Embassy in Baku Summoned to the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry

The Azerbaijani APA news agency reported that the charge d'affaires of the Iranian embassy in Baku has been summoned to the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry.

The website reported that a note of protest was sent to Seyyed Jafar Aghaei Mariani over the anti-Azerbaijani campaign in Iranian media outlets close to government circles.

"Such steps harm bilateral relations and require immediate prevention," the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry stressed.
