Trump again recognized the Houthi movement as a terrorist organization

US President Donald Trump signed an order re-designating the Houthi movement "Ansar Allah" as a foreign terrorist organization. The White House reports.

President Trump listed the Houthis as a terrorist organization in January 2021, but Joe Biden's administration revoked the designation a month after taking office.

After the review, the President will direct USAID to cease cooperation with organizations that have provided financial support to the Houthis or obstructed international efforts aimed at combating Houthi terrorist activities and violence.
