Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has announced a nationwide day of mourning in connection with the fire that broke out in the hotel in the ski resort of Bolu province. He assured that all those responsible for the fire would be held accountable to the full extent of the law.
According to the latest information from the Turkish media, 66 people were killed and 51 were injured as a result of the fire.
The RA MFA expressed its condolences to the Turkish side. "We are deeply saddened by the tragic fire in Bolu, which took dozens of lives. "Our thoughts are with the victims and their families. We wish the injured a speedy recovery," the statement said.
