US President Donald Trump, who entered the White House for the second time, called North Korea a "nuclear power" and the relations with its leader Kim Jong Un "friendly."
"I was very friendly with him. He liked me. We were a nuclear power from the beginning. I think he will be happy to see me back," he added.
