Armenian and Azerbaijani foreign ministers are negotiating a peace treaty. Jeyhun Bayramov, the Minister of Azerbaijani Foreign Affairs, informed journalists about this.
According to Bayramov, a complete agreement was not reached regarding two articles of the peace agreement.
"Negotiations are underway. There are still claims in the Armenian constitution and legal documents. They must find a solution," Bayramov said, noting that there is still no agreement on the place and time of the next meeting.
