Turkish Airlines issued a statement stating that citizens of Iran and Israel do not have the right to enter Syria.
"According to the decisions taken by the Syrian authorities, special rules have been established for passengers arriving in Syria. Citizens of all countries, except Israel and Iran, have the right to enter Syria," said the statement issued by the national airline of Turkey.
