US President Joe Biden has called for a change in the US Constitution so that the presidents of the United States cannot escape responsibility for crimes committed during their administration.
"We need to amend the constitution so that it is clear that no president is immune from the responsibility of being in office. The power of the president is not unlimited. It's not absolute, and it shouldn't be," said Biden.
