The Islamist movement Hamas has already recruited as many new members as it lost during the war against Israel. The Secretary of State of the United States of America, Anthony Blinken, announced this. The Telegraph reports.
"Every time Israel ends its military operations and pushes back Hamas, the militants regroup and reappear because there is a need to fill the gap. According to our estimates, Hamas recruited almost as many new fighters as it lost," Blinken stated during his speech at the Atlantic Council.
