After the plane crash in Aktau, 27 people were taken to the hospital, three of them children, Kazakhstan's Ministry of Emergency Situations told RIA.
The Ministry of Transport also reports that the plane carried 16 Russian citizens, 37 Azerbaijani citizens, 6 Kazakh citizens, and 3 Kyrgyzstani citizens.
