Russia has started moving troops and weapons, including S-400 systems, from Syrian Tartus to Libya, Turkish media reports.
Officially, Russia still does not have a military base on Libya's Mediterranean coast, but if one does appear, it will radically change the arrangement of forces in the entire region.
According to Turkish media, it is not yet clear whether NATO will be able to prevent Russia from strengthening in Libya and whether the Russian presence in Syria is over forever.
To recall, the British newspaper The Telegraph wrote that Russia strengthened the airstrips and defense structures around the Libyan airbases, built new infrastructure, and sent new weapons to the country.
