"The number of victims of the conflict in Ukraine exceeds 1 million." Rutte

More than 10,000 people are killed or injured in Ukraine every week. NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte announced this during a speech at the European branch of the Carnegie Foundation, which was published on the alliance's website.

"Every day, this war brings more and more destruction and death. 2022, since February, the number of victims has exceeded 1 million."

According to NATO Secretary General Vladimir Putin, Russia is trying to erase Ukraine from the face of the earth.

"Russia's economy is under martial law. The Russian defense industry produces many tanks, armored vehicles, and ammunition. Russia is preparing for a long confrontation not only against Ukraine but also against NATO."
